Product and account changes - 24 and 25 October 2020

We are building a stronger and more sustainable future by integrating our existing bcu systems with P&N Bank’s systems. These changes will take place on 25 October 2020.

Honouring our commitments to members

As promised, the planned changes will provide you with access to a broader range of products, services and banking channels. We have worked hard to minimise member impact and can confirm that your member number, bcu BSB (533-000) and cards will continue to work as they do today.

All credits and debits you receive to your accounts will continue to be processed without you needing to take any action.

Change to account numbers

The details below outline the changes to your account numbers.

All your existing direct debits and credits sent to your account numbers will continue to be processed as expected. You do not need to do anything to assist with this change.

From the 25 October you will see your new account number listed on iBank, the bcu Connect App and on your statements.

Savings/deposit accounts

If you have a savings or deposit account with bcu you currently have a 9-digit account number, or you may more commonly use your member number and product code e.g. 75000 S1.

Your account number will change from 9 digits to 8 digits. Your new account number has the second digit removed.
