To message us using our digital banking channels, simply log into BCU iBank and go to Services > Secure Mail, or access the main menu once logged into the BCU Bank app and go to Contact us > Secure mail. One of our staff will reply to your message during business hours, and you'll be able to see their response the next time you log in.
