A: If you have the current bcu Connect App, the latest version will automatically load onto your phone and replace the previous version of the app (for iPhone 5 or above). If you do not have the app, visit Apple App Store, search for bcu Connect and download the latest version.

A: If you have the current mobile banking app, the latest version will automatically load onto your phone and replace the previous version of the app (for Android devices that supports Android 4.2 (Jellybean_MR1) or above). If you do not have the app, visit Google Play, search for bcu Connect and download the latest version.

A: The mobile banking app is very easy to use, but if you want to ensure you are making the most out of the bcu Connect features, please watch the short overview video above.

A: The extra features that have been added to the new bcu Connect are too tricky for some of the older phones.

You are able to use it on iPhone 5 and above (with at least iOS 9.0 installed).

You are able to use it on any android device that supports Android 4.2 (Jellybean_MR1) or above.

If your phone is not compatible and want to do banking on your phone, you can use the iBank Mobile Banking site for all your banking needs.

A: Unfortunately you are not able to use the bcu Connect app and the VIP Access app. As a result, you will need to convert to SMS security codes. If you want to use the bcu Connect App for creating or updating and paying new payess or billers, updating your contact details and scheduling batch payments you will need to convert to SMS security codes or use iBank to complete these activities.
