COVID-19 FAQs

After a year of offering up to ten months of repayment relief the COVID-19 package is no longer available. All current packages will be closed by 31 March 2021. As of Wednesday, 31 March 2021, members who are currently on repayment relief will receive communications detailing the resumption of their repayments, as well as how we’re able to help in the case of ongoing difficulties.

We know many of our members may still be experiencing financial difficulties. If you're struggling to make repayments, we may be able to help you and you should contact us as soon as possible.

The federal government has announced a number of assistance packages to help individuals and small businesses manage through this difficult time.
