If you’d prefer to communicate in a language other than English, we offer a free on-demand translation service. When calling us or visiting a branch, please let a team member know if an interpreter would be helpful and advise us of your preferred language.

Whether you want to get in touch or need to send us a document, you can contact us securely via internet banking or the BCU Bank app. Send us a message when it suits you and our team will get back to you during business hours. You’ll be able to read their response the next time you log in.

To message us using internet banking:

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Go to the 'Services' menu.
  3. Select 'Secure Mail'.

To message us using the mobile app:

  1. Log in to the BCU Bank app.
  2. Go to the 'Contact us' menu.
  3. Select 'Secure Mai'.
