If you have made an incorrect funds transfer via internet banking or the mobile app, please note the following steps before submitting a request to investigate your payment.

• If the recipient is known to you, such as friend, family member or company you have previously paid, please contact them to return the funds to you.
• If the account details you provided are invalid, the receiving bank may return the funds to your account. This can take 2-3 working days.
• If the payment is a BPAY or PayTo payment, please contact the recipient to discuss the best course of action.
