You’ll need to be 18 years or older, and an eligible Commonwealth Government concession card holder. Don't forget to bring your card with you!
Eligible cards include:
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
You can also open a Concession Account in joint names if both owners hold eligible concession cards.

If you don’t already bank with us you’ll need to bring your Australian driver licence or a valid Australian passport for ID.

- doesn't have an Australian photo identity document.
You’ll need to be an eligible Commonwealth Government concession card holder, and bring your card with you.

You should receive your physical Visa Debit card by mail within 7-10 business days.
If you've recently opened a new account online, you can set up your digital card straight away and use it with the digital wallet on your smartphone.
