With a background in engineering and more than 15 years of experience in property, Peter moved his business banking to BCU in early 2025 when he was looking to refinance his most recent property loan.

“I think I asked a million questions before we got to the ‘Go ahead’ bit and there was always an answer from Ritesh – even if it wasn’t the answer I wanted. He’s very responsive.”

“There was more flexibility with BCU, and it didn’t seem as policy driven and restrictive as some other banks,” he said. “Even when something changed during the process, there was collaboration with Ritesh to find a solution that worked.”
As a result of his positive experience with BCU so far, Peter is currently exploring future development opportunities and working with his Relationship Manager on the details.
