Electronic Statements Registration (eStatements)
- By opening an account online you agree to receive your bank statements electronically which means we will not send you a paper statement. We will send you a notification when your eStatement becomes available.
- You may also receive notices with your eStatement. You should check your email account for notifications from BCU. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and kept up to date. If you do not wish to receive your statements in this manner you can opt out at any time via the BCU Connect App, iBank or by calling us on 1300 225 225.
