Updating your iBank Password

Keeping our members safe online and effective cyber security management is of the utmost importance to bcu. Password strength and complexity is critical for improving your online security and it is important that you regularly change your banking passwords.

On 1 July 2020 we enforced a password update for iBank users to comply with our minimum security requirements.

If your iBank password was last changed prior to October 24th 2019, you are now required to set up a new iBank password to comply with our minimum security requirements before you can login to iBank, mobile banking and the bcu Connect app.

To change your iBank password, please follow the instructions below. You can use either a SMS security code or an OTP token.

If you do not know your current iBank password, you will need to contact our call centre on 1300 228 228 or visit a bcu store.
