Cashback offer eligibility and conditions
The following criteria must be met for the member to be eligible for the cashback:
The loan must be a new Owner Occupier (Principal & Interest) OMG Variable Home Loan;

The member must apply for the Home Loan within the period between 9am (AESDT) 1 November 2020 and 5pm (AESDT) 28 February 2021;

The amount of the loan must be at least $300,000;

The loan must be a refinance from another financial institution;

The Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) must be 90% or less;

The Home Loan must be approved and drawn down by no later than 30 April 2021;

Members must agree to deposit ongoing regular income/salary into a bcu Access account – evidence of regular deposits required before cashback will be paid;

The loan must not be a bridging loan;

Members may only receive one $3,000 cashback per loan per property where all criteria are met (all additional separate loans/ properties must meet all criteria separately to qualify for separate cashbacks);
The cashback will be paid by bcu by electronic transfer to the member’s bcu Access account to be paid after the Home Loan has been drawn down and the member has otherwise satisfied the criteria above (including making the regular income/salary deposits into their bcu Access account.
