Late last year we announced a great opportunity to explore a proposed merger opportunity with Western Australia-based P&N Bank, and the first steps in this process have begun. We are engaging with local, Coffs Harbour-based market research company Jetty Research to conduct telephone interviews, focus groups and electronic surveys with a cross-section of members across our regions.
The first round of telephone interviews are underway, and recruitment for focus groups in Mid-February will also be taking place shortly.
