BCU Bank app Version Update

These enhancements provide BCU’s members access to more convenient banking.

A summary of the changes and enhancements is provided below:

Login / Logout Simplified access to login/logout and clear visibility of the status of being in/out of a secure session. (Available in the current Android version, but new for iPhone)
Touch ID (Apple only) A login option using Apple’s biometric authentication technology, available on certain iOS devices.
Mobile Banking A quick link to a range of traditional mobile banking functions.
Card Management Gain access to a variety of card management functions including self-activation of a new card.
Change Card PIN Increase card security by updating the PIN regularly.
Lost / Stolen Card Report a lost or stolen card quickly and have the card cancelled immediately.
Replace Damaged Card Request for a replacement card can now be an easy and hassle free process.
Lock / Unlock Card A misplaced card? Users can temporarily stop the use of their card and later re-activate with immediate access.
NPP Payments When New Payments Platform is released in early 2018, this version of the App will allow for NPP transactions

BCU members are able to use the new BCU Bank app on iPhone 5 and above (with at least iOS 9.0 installed), and on any Android device that supports Android 4.2 (Jellybean_MR1) or above. For BCU members' phones that are not compatible and want to do banking on their phones, they can use the iBank Mobile Banking site for all their banking needs.
