If you’re new to BCU Bank you can use either of the following photo identify documents to open your account online via our website:
- a valid Australian Drivers Licence, or
- an Australian Passport
You will also need access to your mobile phone with a camera and will be asked to take a photo of your identity document and a selfie. This is so that we can confirm your identity with official record holders.
