If you or a BCU Bank customer you know are experiencing financial hardship and struggling to cover essential needs, you may be eligible to apply for a Customer Care Grant.

  • We may contact you, or the person you are nominating by phone if we need further information.
  • Your application will be reviewed, and we will contact you by email to confirm the outcome.
  • While we aim to support as many customers as possible, approval is not guaranteed.
