What other assistance is available for small business owners?

BCU Bank subscribes to an external dispute resolution scheme (EDR) provided by the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

AFCA provides consumers and small businesses with fair, free and independent dispute resolution for financial complaints.
