Working together to protect our community

New South Wales and Queensland mask requirements

bcu continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 virus situation carefully to identify and deploy all possible precautionary measures for the wellbeing of our staff, members, and communities.

We ask that all visitors to our locations please bring their mask and adhere to capacity limits and social distancing requirements. If you do forget your mask, a member of our team will be able to provide one for you to ensure we’re keeping everyone safe.

If you have an exemption to not wear a mask in public, we please ask that you bring the relevant documentation to show that you have an exemption. This may include a medical letter or certification. If you have an exemption, you may remain in the branch without a mask and we will continue to ask that you maintain the required 1.5 metres away from others and if in a branch, stay behind the Perspex screen.

Thank you to all our members, visitors and team for helping us to keep our community safe.

Branch closures

Currently all branches are open during COVID-19 restrictions. If you are required to visit a branch, please make sure to check opening hours beforehand.
