They say good things take time, and our Ballina branch is no exception. We’re pleased to announce the new-look Ballina BCU Bank branch will open on Monday 22 April at 118 River Street, Ballina (next to Top Cuts).
As we get closer to the opening date, there will be some changes that may impact you. The current pop-up branch located in Ballina Central will be closing at 12pm on Wednesday 17 April 2024.
We appreciate your patience as we close our pop-up branch in preparation for the opening of our new permanent Ballina branch.
If you need to visit a branch in that time, our nearby Lismore BCU Bank branch will welcome you and can help you with everything from personal and business banking through to loans, insurance, and more.

In addition to our refreshed look, the Ballina branch will offer new functionality, including a casual banking lounge with self-service technology to ensure our members can bank their way.
Our branch may be new, but we're still the same BCU at our core. So, while elements will look different, you can expect to receive the same friendly and personalised service from our Ballina team.
