With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, there’s nothing that surprises BCU Bank’s Mobile Lender Jin when it comes to servicing his customers and their home loan needs.

Working in the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads, Jin has always been passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals, whether it is buying their first home, upgrading, or investing in property.

He believes the recipe to success for his customers is ensuring they are kept informed about their options, and that he never overpromises or under delivers.

“Each customer is different, from their financial situation to the purpose of their loan,” Jin said.

After some time working for the ‘Big 4’ banks in Sydney, Jin’s passion for helping the community drew him to BCU.

“I found a lot of professional success being a top lender for many years in my previous roles at the bigger banks, but it felt like something was missing,” he said.

“I wanted to give back to the community more, and joining a customer-owned bank like BCU has allowed me to do just that.

“Feeling so connected to this role has meant I can look after my customers as a priority by getting things done a lot quicker than bigger banks, from the initial meeting all the way through to final approvals.”
