Some of the main changes you’ll notice are a refreshed look and feel with improved navigation, so it’s easier for you to find the information you need.
We’ve also introduced a new Help Centre to provide answers to questions you have about our products and services, as well as troubleshooting issues.
Customising your experience is easier than ever before with our accessibility widget. Click on the human symbol on the bottom left of each page to open a menu that allows you to modify the website to suit your needs. Options include increasing text size and spacing, highlighting links, Dyslexia-friendly fonts, and colour contrast settings.
Some things never change
The important functions you use have remained the same. You can still take care of your banking needs via internet banking, and chat with us via online chat.
We’ll continue to provide important updates and alerts via a banner at the top of the website.
If you have any links bookmarked, you’ll automatically be taken to the equivalent page on the new website.

Where can I find the BSB number?
You will find the BSB number in our help centre, when you open the search bar at the top of each page, or in your account listing when logged in to internet banking or the mobile app.
How do I log in to internet banking?
On a desktop you can log in to internet banking by clicking the ‘Log in’ button on the top right of the homepage. On mobile devices the login has moved to the bottom of screen with other important quick links.
How do I search for something?
Click on the magnifying glass on the top right of the page to open the search bar. A list of frequently searched topics will appear so you can easily reach important information.
How do I access the accessibility settings?
Click on the human symbol on the bottom left of each page to open the accessibility menu. You’ll also find the translation settings to view the website in another language.
