To make browsing the BCU Bank website easier we have introduced an accessibility menu with a range of tools developed by Userway.

The tools enable users to adjust the following:

  • Control text spacing
  • Saturation
  • Highlight links
  • Dyslexia friendly text
  • Adjustable line height
  • Content translator

Each tool addresses the varying needs of our members, assisting those with cognitive impairments, motor function challenges, language difficulties, loss of vision, and more.

How do I access the accessibility menu?

Simply click on the accessibility icon   in the bottom left corner of the page. Once you have selected which tool you would like to use, it will make changes to the way you view the website.

To reset the accessibility menu, click on the accessibility icon and select the “Reset all accessibility settings” button. You can also move or hide the widget by clicking on “Move/Hide widget” in the accessibility menu and selecting how you would like the widget to appear.

Our commitment to an inclusive banking experience

The accessibility menu fills a gap for our members who may have difficulty using the website, however, it is not a replacement for holistic accessibility improvements.
