P&N Group have announced a new partnership with trusted brand atmx by Armaguard to offer fee-free services to its P&N Bank and BCU Bank customers Australia-wide through their ATM network.
The partnership follows a review into the Group’s ATM network and service offering, as part of its commitment to meeting the needs of its P&N and BCU customers of today and tomorrow.
The addition of the atmx network will provide P&N and BCU cardholders with access to even more ATMs in hundreds of convenient locations across Australia, with customers already provided fee-free access to major bank and BCU Bank branch ATMs.
P&N Group Chief Customer Officer, Therese Turner, said that while consumer behaviour had changed with many drawn to the convenience of digital banking and card payments, customers still value easy access to cash when they need it.
“As a customer-owned bank it is important that we give our customers choices on how and when they bank with us, so by partnering with atmx our customers now have access to an additional 1,700 fee-free ATMs across Australia. atmx is also actively growing their network so that means more convenient ATM locations into the future.”
