Police & Nurses Limited (PNL), operating as the P&N Group, has announced the appointment of Jamie Calder to the position of General Manager, Transformation Delivery effective 14 June 2021.

With the successful merger and subsequent integration of the organisation’s customer-owned banking brands (P&N Bank in Western Australia and BCU in New South Wales and south-east Queensland), the Group has ambitious plans to continue to grow its national presence and footprint both organically and through future partnerships.

P&N Chief Transformation Officer, Phil Thistlethwaite, said that this new role is key to delivering the Group’s ambitious and transformative five-year strategy to optimise its unique multi-brand national model.

“Jamie brings a wealth of executive experience in leading large technology teams in a banking matrix environment, leading complex systems integration and building the voice of customer into application and software development.

“In particular, it’s Jamie’s experience with agile frameworks in transformation journeys, scalable strategic implementation and enterprise change in complex, consumer-facing service industries that make him the ideal candidate to drive our transformation delivery on behalf of our customers,” he said.

“I’m very pleased that Jamie has chosen to take the next step in his career with us and look forward to welcoming him as part of our leadership team in June.”

Calder said that he is truly excited to be joining the P&N Group.

“I’m looking forward to playing a key role in leading the strategic transformational change that will enable our members, colleagues and communities to achieve their goals. I can’t wait to learn, collaborate and embrace the journey that awaits,” he said.
