m2m Terms and Conditions


  • To be eligible to participate in bcu’s m2m program, you must be a bcu business member with an active bcu business access or a bcu business basic access product.
  • bcu reserves the right to refuse the inclusion of a business, discount or promotional offer for any reason, including if bcu deems that your good financial standing and business conduct is not satisfactory.
  • bcu has absolute and sole discretion in determining the placement of your listing in the m2m directory.
  • To keep the integrity of the program, businesses must provide members with structured and exciting “Point of Sale” discounts or specials that are honoured upon presentation of a customer’s bcu card.
  • bcu does not accept any legal responsibility for goods, services and promotions offered through the m2m program. You are entirely responsible for the statements you make regarding your products and services, and release and indemnify bcu from and against all claims with respect to your business, products and services. You agree to keep bcu fully indemnified against any cost (including legal fees), claims, damages and expenses that may be incurred by bcu as a result of you failing to perform your obligations under this agreement and/or in connection with the supply, or any failure to supply the offer.
  • You accept responsibility for and warrant you will ensure the offer will be readily available to bcu members.
  • You shall not represent bcu as the provider or supplier of the offer.
  • You acknowledge that bcu makes no representation that any minimum number of sales will result from participation in the m2m directory.
  • You warrant to bcu that products or services sold shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship and will be fit for the purposes for which the offer is purchased by the customer.
  • You agree the offer may not be changed or substituted without the prior written consent of bcu.
  • Your listing in the m2m directory ceases when the offer is withdrawn or is no longer available to bcu members.
  • bcu may withdraw your listing in the m2m directory at its discretion, including if you cease to be a bcu business member.
  • You acknowledge that bcu will advise members to take any unresolved business disputes to the Department of Fair Trading.
  • You agree that listing of the business in the m2m directory does not constitute an endorsement by bcu and you will not in any way hold out that the products or services of the business are endorsed by bcu.
  • Listing in the m2m directory does not imply that we will provide credit to our members to purchase your goods or services.
