Double your dough competition terms and conditions

1. This Competition is the “Double your dough competition”. 

2. The promoter is BCU Bank (a division of Police & Nurses Limited ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, telephone 1300 228 228, NSW Authority Number TP/04627). 

3. The Competition Period starts 12:00am (AEST), 1 December 2025 and ends at 11.59 pm (AEST), 28 February 2026. 

4. There are two Prizes for the Competition, each of having your Boss Saver account balance matched by BCU Bank up to a maximum of $25,000.  For example, if you have $5,000 in your account, BCU Bank will match this by depositing $5,000 into your account. 

5. Each Prize is valued up to $25,000 with a total value of the Prizes for the Competition of up to $50,000. 

6. To be an Eligible Participant in this Competition you must; 

(a) During the Competition Period

i. Be an Australian resident, 18 years or over; 

ii. Be living in QLD, NSW, or VIC; 

iii. Either: 

1. open a BCU Bank Boss Saver account online or in-branch; between 12:00am (AEST) 1 December 2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 December 2025 and not close it before the Prize Draw; or 

2. at the start of Competition Period already have a BCU Bank Boss Saver account and not close it before the Prize Draw; and 

iv. Have a linked BCU Access Account. 

(b) From when you open a Boss Saver account for three consecutive months during the Competition Period, you must: 

i. Deposit at least $500 from an external account into your BCU Access Account(s) each month; and 

ii. Make at least 5 Visa card transactions from a linked BCU Access Account each month. 

7. Eligible Participants can only enter the Competition once. There is no fee for entry into the Competition. The Competition is a game of chance.  

8. Staff and officers (and their immediate family) of BCU Bank, and BCU Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Competition, are not eligible to enter. 

9. A Prize Draw will be held at BCU Bank, located at Level 8, 100 Edwards Street, Brisbane City 4000 at 2pm (AEST), 16 March 2026 or as soon as practicable thereafter. The Prize Draw will be conducted in the presence and under the supervision of an independent scrutineer. The Prize Draw is not open to the public and Winners do not need to be present at the draw. 

10. The first two Eligible Participants selected randomly at the Prize Draw from all Eligible Participants will be the Winners of the Competition.  

11. The closing balance of each Winner’s Boss Saver account on 28 February 2026 will be used to determine the Prize. The Prize will be paid into the Winner's Boss Saver account. 

12. Each Winner will be notified by email or telephone or both within two days of the Prize Draw. Contact details associated with a Winner’s BCU Bank Boss Saver or BCU Access Account will be used. Results will be published on BCU Bank's website (Winners’ full names will not be published). 

13. BCU Bank reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances: 

(a) if a person on being selected as a Winner is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or is determined by BCU Bank acting reasonably to not be an Eligible Participant; or 

(b) BCU Bank cannot contact a Winner before 2.00pm (AEST) on 20 March 2026. 

14. The determination of whether a person is an Eligible Participant and any other matter relating to this Competition is at the sole and exclusive discretion of BCU Bank, acting reasonably. BCU Bank’s decision in relation to who is an Eligible Participant and whether an Eligible Participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law or as accepted by BCU Bank. 

15. BCU Bank reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or Competition.  

16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.   

17. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, BCU Bank reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation.  Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to take or use the Prize as stated.  

18. The Winner is responsible for any taxes they may incur associated with the Prize. BCU Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties as a result of a Winner’s use of a Prize. BCU Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a Prize. 

19. The Winner: 

(a) Agrees to participate and cooperate as reasonably required by BCU Bank in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including being interviewed and photographed; 

(b) grants BCU Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in its promotional materials, including online social media; and  

(c) acknowledge and accept that they are not entitled to any fee for such use.  

20. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc,) or X (X Corp).
