1. This Promotion is named as follows: BCU Bank Australia Zoo Family Pass Competition – January 2026.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter is Police & Nurses Limited (BCU Bank), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
4. The Promotion is being conducted in Queensland and New South Wales only.
5. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 4.00pm (AEST) on 22/01/2026 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on 02/02/2026.
6. There is one Prize for the Promotion, consisting of one Australia Zoo Family Pass that is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (children must be aged between 3-14 years at time of use of the Australia Zoo Family Pass).
7. The Prize is valued at $225.65 inc. gst.
8. During the Promotion Period the Promotion may be promoted in email newsletters (Promotion Posts). In each Promotion Post there will be a link to an Entry Form hosted on a BCU Bank landing page.
9. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Queensland or New South Wales;
b. be 18 years or older;
c. during the Promotion Period fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your full name, a current email address and telephone number;
d. be a BCU Bank customer.
10. Employees of BCU Bank and their immediate families, and BCU Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotions are not eligible to participate in the Promotions.
11. Eligible participants may enter the Promotion only once.
12. There is no fee or purchase required for entry into any of the Promotions
13. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place by random electronic draw at BCU Bank’s Brisbane Corporate Office at Level 8/100 Edward street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000 on 03/02/2026 at approximately 10.00 am (AEST). The Prize Draw will be observed by a BCU Bank Senior Manager.
14. The Eligible Participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly electronically selected from all entries at the draw will be the Winner for the draw. We offer the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
15. There will be one Winner in the Promotion.
16. The Winner will be notified by either telephone or email on the day of the Prize Draw.
17. To accept and redeem the Prize, a Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. accept the Prize before 5.00pm (AEST) on 06/02/2026 verbally to BCU Bank at the time of notification by phone that they are the Winner or in writing to marketing@pnbank.com.au if the Winner is notified by email of their win.
c. comply with any electronic voucher redemption and/or booking processes and/or terms and conditions as required by the Australia Zoo.
18. BCU Bank reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or
b. if a Winner does not contact BCU Bank before 5.00pm (AEST) on 06/02/2026 to confirm acceptance of the Prize following notification of their win, if they have not already accepted the Prize.
19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of BCU Bank. BCU Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by BCU Bank.
20. BCU Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. BCU Bank is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, BCU Bank reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at BCU Bank.
24. BCU Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties because of a Winner’s use of a Prize. BCU Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner because of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a prize.
25. The Winner agrees to:
a. participate and cooperate as required in editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant BCU Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
26. BCU Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that BCU Bank may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to that entrant. 27. Australia Zoo is not the promoter for this Promotion, and any queries in relation to the Promotion should be directed to BCU Bank.
