You can send money to a PayID using the BCU Bank app. Just go to Transfer/Pay > Pay someone, and choose 'New payee' and then 'PayID'. Then enter the PayID – this could be a mobile number, email address, or an ABN. You can even select a phone number or email address directly from your contacts!
If the PayID is valid, the recipient’s name will appear on the next screen. Confirm the name matches the person you’re sending money to, then enter:
- Amount to transfer
- Description (optional, up to 180 characters)
- Email address to notify the recipient (optional)
- Payee nickname (optional)
Your PayID payment will be sent via Osko and should arrive in the recipient’s account within minutes.
