How do I update my contact details?

It's important we can reach you if we need to – so please remember to keep your contact details up to date.

You can update your email address, residential or mailing address, and home or work phone number at any time via internet banking or the BCU Bank app:

Using the mobile app:

  1. Log in to the BCU Bank app
  2. Tap My details in the main menu ( )
  3. Select Update contact details or Update address details

Using internet banking:

  1. Log in to internet banking
  2. Go to Settings in the main menu
  3. Select Contact details or Address details

Need to update your mobile number?
If your mobile is linked to Secure SMS codes, you'll need to call us on 1300 228 228 during business hours or visit your local branch.
