Changes to BCU Bank branch opening hours

 BCU Bank branches

From Monday 2 November 2026, most BCU Bank branches will be open from 9:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. 

Our Dorrigo branch will continue to open from 9:30am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. 

There will be no change to Saturday trading, with our Grafton and Toormina branches continuing to open from 9:30am to 12:00pm. The Sunshine Coast Home Lending Centre and Lismore Business Banking Centre will also continue to operate by appointment only. 

This change reflects how our customers are choosing to bank, with most branch transactions occurring before 4:00pm. It will also provide additional time for our teams to complete training and development activities, helping us continue to provide great service and support when you need it.

Our team are here to support you and can be contacted directly on 1300 228 228. Our contact centre is open between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday (AEDT).
