Ballina

Our Ballina and Brisbane branches are temporarily closed

Our Ballina and Briebane branches are currently closed. The Ballina branch was damaged in a traffic incident. 

We are working to re-open our Ballina branch as soon as possible and will provide further updates when available. For customers affected by this temporary closure, our closest branches to Ballina are Lismore (cashless) and Tweed Heads, and they are open as usual.

Our Brisbane branch will reopen on Monday 20 October.

Our contact centre remains open via 1300 228 228 to assist you with your banking needs. Internet banking and the BCU Bank app are available 24/7 for your digital banking needs.
