We want to keep you in the loop if there's anything you need to know. So here's where you can find out about any current outages, branch closures, scam notifications and more.

Dorrigo BCU Bank ATM – temporary service interruption

BCU Bank is one of many local businesses experiencing logistical challenges while Waterwall Way remains closed following the recent landslide.

The road closure is impacting the ability of our cash-handling partner to access the Dorrigo BCU Bank ATM. As a result, there may be times when the ATM is unable to be replenished according to schedule.

We recognise that this is an inconvenience for both our customers and the local community, and are working with our cash-handling partner and Bellingen Shire Council on the issue.

Where you can withdraw cash

BCU Bank customers can withdraw or deposit cash at our Dorrigo branch during trading hours.

If you need to withdraw large amounts of cash, please visit our nearby BCU branches.
