Macksville

Macksville branch is temporarily closed

Following the NSW Mid North Coast severe weather event, we're prioritising the safety of our customers and staff. Our Macksville branch will be closed until further notice while the damage is assessed and repairs completed.

Update 3 June 2025:

  • Our Macksville branch remains temporarily closed as repairs are underway. We will continue to provide updates as we work towards reopening. The closest branches are Nambucca Heads and Urunga.
  • The Macksville branch ATM was damaged in the floodwater. Customers can access fee-free cash withdrawal at nearby atmx locations. The closest atmx is at the Ampol service station on Cooper St. 
  • Customers can withdraw or deposit cash at the Macksville Post Shop and other Bank@Post locations.
Our contact centre remains open via 1300 228 228 to assist you with your banking needs. Internet banking and the BCU Bank app are available 24/7 for your digital banking needs.
