Andrew Hadley
Chief Executive Officer
CEO of the organisation since 2014, Andrew’s knowledge and experience has been gained from more than 25 years in the financial services industry.
In his early career Andrew led the retail banking network for Australia’s largest customer owned financial institution before taking on other group executive roles in strategy, marketing and operations.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia (1990), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (2004) and has also completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School (2009). He is also a member of CEOs for Gender Equity (WA).

Patrick Jodas
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the organisation in 2018, Patrick held senior positions at both PwC and Barclays/Africa and his last role was Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Africa’s banking operations outside of South Africa. Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience built in finance and operations and has a successful record for change transformation and is passionate about embracing new emerging trends and innovations. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy. He is also a Chartered Accountant (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants).

Therese Turner
Chief Customer Officer
With over 35 years of experience in the mutual banking sector, Therese joined the P&N Group as our inaugural Chief Customer Officer in 2023. She has previously held chief executive roles at five customer owned banks and credit unions and was most recently CEO of MOVE Bank.
Therese is highly committed to the ideals of the customer-owned banking sector and has served on numerous industry boards and committees. With extensive experience in retail banking, she has a proven track record in transformation and delivering customer value. Therese is a qualified accountant, holds an MBA, and is a graduate of AICD.

Warren Willis
Chief Transformation and Technology Officer
Warren has almost 30 years’ experience across various industries and technology/consulting vendors. He has extensive experience in leading the development of IT strategy and architecture, cloud/infrastructure operations, software development, project delivery and product strategy, including the management of remote global teams. This experience has included core system development, CRM, global SaaS product operations, integration and digital capabilities.
Warren has a Bachelor Of Business from Curtin University.

Christine MacKenzie
Chief People Officer
Christine has over 20 years’ experience in global financial services across Europe and Asia Pacific; her most recent roles being Regional HR Director in Singapore for TD Securities (Canada) and previously RBS Group (UK). Christine brings a wealth of experience in change, mergers and acquisitions and integration. Her credentials include long-standing experience of managing large and distributed multi-disciplinary HR teams and building cultures of high performance and engagement. Christine holds a Science BSc Honours.

Brendon Comrie
Chief Risk Officer
Brendon has more than 20 years' banking experience, having held senior roles within global banks, regional banks and the mutual sector. Brendon’s primary expertise is in Risk Management, Compliance, Credit, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategy. Brendon holds a BSoc Sci and an LLB degree.
Jacqueline Ryan
Chief Business Banking Officer
Jaqueline has extensive experience in business banking, gained both in Australia and overseas. She has held a senior executive role within Queensland Government, executive business banking and corporate lending roles with the major banks, including ANZ, and has international financial services experience having worked with US Bancorp and Wells Fargo in the United States.
Jaqueline holds a Bachelor of Business (Major Accountancy) and Master of Business Administration, and is a graduate of AICD.

Mark Smyth
General Manager, BCU Bank
Mark brings more than 20 years’ of experience in the banking sector, including regional and customer-owned banks. Mark’s expertise includes business strategy, retail and commercial lending, member experience and strategy design, change and business transformation, and operational risk management. Prior to joining BCU Bank, Mark held senior positions at BankVic, Bank of Melbourne, RedZed, BT Financial Group and NAB.
As a people-centric leader, Mark brings a wealth of experience building strong performance cultures to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) and a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management). With a passion for customer-owned banking, Mark joined the P&N Group as General Manager in October 2022 to lead the BCU brand.
