Andrew Hadley
Managing Director & CEO
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Police & Nurses Limited (PNL) since 2014, Andrew’s knowledge and experience has been gained from more than 25 years in the financial services industry.
In his early career, Andrew led the retail banking network for Australia’s largest customer-owned financial institution before taking on other group executive roles in strategy, marketing, and operations.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia (1990), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (2004) and has also completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School (2009). He is also a member of CEOs for Gender Equity (WA).
Jacqueline Ryan
Chief Business Banking Officer
Jacqueline has extensive experience in business banking, gained both in Australia and overseas. She has held a senior executive role within Queensland Government, executive business banking and corporate lending roles with the major banks, including ANZ, and has international financial services experience having worked with US Bancorp and Wells Fargo in the United States.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business (Major Accountancy) and Master of Business Administration, and is a graduate of AICD.
Christine MacKenzie
Chief Risk Officer
Christine joined P&N Group in 2021, following her relocation to Australia from Singapore.
Christine has over 25 years’ experience in global financial services across Europe and Asia Pacific; her most recent roles being Regional HR Director in Singapore for TD Securities (Canada) and previously NatWest Group (UK). Christine’s career commenced in London, where she led global teams across various HR specialisms in wholesale and retail banking. Her credentials include long-standing experience of managing large and distributed multi-disciplinary HR teams and building cultures of high performance and engagement.
She brings a wealth of experience in change, mergers, acquisitions, and integration, and has also led Corporate Affairs, Communications, Change Management, and Social Impact.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is a graduate of the AICD.
Chris Malcolm
Chief Data and Propositions Officer
Chris joined P&N Group in 2022 with over 25 years’ experience in finance sector covering leadership, corporate strategy, business development, operations, product development, and data and analytics. Chris has held senior positions at Great Southern Bank and Cuscal and has worked in the customer-owned banking sector for 16 years.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Queensland and is a graduate of AICD.
Shaun Hassall
Chief Financial Officer
A qualified accountant and seasoned customer-owned banking Executive, Shaun has held a number of executive roles leading finance, risk and transformation during his 14-year tenure with Newcastle Permanent Building Society, now part of the Newcastle Greater Mutual Group.
With executive expertise in leadership, strategic change and non-executive directorships, Shaun has most recently held Executive positions, Chief Services Officer, Chief Corporate Services Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer with CLSL (Corporate Commonwealth Entity, Portable Leave Regulator and Administrator).
Shaun holds BCom Business/Managerial Economics, CA (Accounting and Business Management) and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
Brittany Nguyen
Chief People Officer
Brittany joined P&N Group in 2019, and in that time has led a variety of key functions and teams across the People & Culture division. She has over 13 years’ experience spanning human resources, organisational development, workplace health and safety and employee relations.
Brittany has led multi-disciplinary teams and supported organisations through complex transformation, including organisational redesign, performance and reward reform and merger integration. Her credentials include deep expertise in incentive and remuneration frameworks, employee and industrial relations, succession planning and leadership capability building.
She is passionate about aligning people strategy with organisational strategy to drive sustainable performance and engagement and has extensive experience supporting executives and boards on complex people matters, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and risk management.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Brendon Comrie
Chief Retail Banking Officer
Brendon has been with P&N Group since 2018 and was instrumental in delivering the successful merger between P&N Bank and BCU Bank.
Brendon has more than 25 years' banking experience, having held senior roles within global banks, regional banks, and the mutual sector. He has diverse experience, which spans from leading retail bank brands, to heading up risk functions, and practicing as a solicitor.
Brendon holds a B.Soc Sci and an LLB degree.
Warren Willis
Chief Transformation and Technology Officer
Warren has almost 30 years’ experience across various industries and technology/consulting vendors. He has extensive experience in leading the development of IT strategy and architecture, cloud/infrastructure operations, software development, project delivery and product strategy, including the management of remote global teams. This experience has included core system development, CRM, global SaaS product operations, integration and digital capabilities.
Warren has a Bachelor Of Business from Curtin University.
