Notice to Police & Nurses Limited members

Nominations are invited for the Police & Nurses Limited Board of Directors. Candidates must be nominated by at least four members of Police & Nurses Limited, have been a member continuously for at least 3 months at the date of nomination. Candidates must meet the requirements as prescribed in the Constitution and 2025 Directors’ Nomination Pack, including in respect of skills, experience and competencies; and fit & proper status.

Candidates with appropriate skills, experience and competencies to act as a Director of a prudentially regulated bank are sought;  particularly those with deep experience and background in digital and emerging technologies, and information/cyber security.
