Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business development activities to attract and retain new & existing bcu clients and external business referrals
  • Managing the customer lending experience from application through to settlement
  • Financial Analysis of customer documentation to write and structure home loan applications
  • Building and fostering trusted member relationships and gaining an understanding of their holistic banking needs 
  • Flexibility to travel within your network

To be successful in this role you must have: 

  • Proven experience in a home lending role where you have had to manage the end to end lending process and customer experience 
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • A strong network of sources to leverage referrals
  • Proven history in meeting and exceeding sales and service targets/KPIs
  • Extensive relationships and Business Development skills
  • Strong understanding of banking products, services and procedures 
  • Solid understanding and experience in credit procedures and policies 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • A desire to be an ambassador for the bcu brand
  • An unrestricted Drivers’ License
  • Tier 2 Accreditation
