As a Member Relations Officer at bcu Dorrigo, you will provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our local members in relation to everyday savings and transactional accounts, as well as investments, products and services offered by bcu. This position is permanent, part time, based at our bcu Dorrigo Branch.

To be successful in this role, you will have…

  • A proven sales track record within a highly motivated customer service team.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Strong numerical reasoning.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • High level attention to detail and demonstrated risk awareness.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • A current Drivers License, as you may be required to travel between Branches
