BCU iBank system requirements

BCU Bank is committed to ensuring the safety of its members online, therefore we recommend members keep their web browser up to date to ensure the best possible experience using BCU iBank.

What are the minimum technical requirements for BCU iBank?

Minimum technical requirements:

  • Microsoft Edge version 11 +
  • Internet Explorer version 11 +
  • Google Chrome version 30 +
  • Mozilla Firefox version 27 +
  • Apple Safari version 7 + (Desktop) and 5 + (Mobile)
  • Android Browser version 5 + (Mobile)

What if I have an older web browser?

Older versions of these browsers use outdated security protocols which are considered insecure and support is being phased out by most secure websites.

What about alternative browsers?

Browsers other than those listed above may still work if they support newer security protocols, however, because unsupported browsers aren’t fully tested, certain parts of BCU iBank may not work perfectly when accessed via an unsupported browser.

How do I upgrade my web browser?
