Thank you
Thanks for starting your home loan application online. One of our virtual lenders will be in touch soon to discuss your application and guide you through the next steps.
What happens next?
To assess your application, we'll need to understand your financial situation and may ask you to provide supporting documents. Exactly what you'll need depends on your circumstances, but to help keep things moving, it may be handy to have the following information and documents ready:
- Personal identification documents, such as your driver's licence or passport
- Proof of your income, such as recent payslips or your tax return
- Details of your assets and liabilities, including savings, investments, loans, and credit cards
- Details of your everyday expenses and savings, including any funds you're using for your deposit (if buying)
- Other documents related to your circumstances, such as rental income statements or self-employed income documents
Don't worry if you don't have everything ready just yet – the list above is intended as a general guide and we'll let you know exactly what we need to move forward.
