Information for Optus customers impacted by cyberattack

We understand that our members who are also customers of Optus may be concerned about the security of their information.

We can confirm that bcu require you as the account owner to provide a number of identifiers outside of your personal information in order to access information about your account. These are identifiers specific to you and your account that Optus would not have access to.

For additional peace of mind, you can change your security password by contacting us on 1300 228 228, and you can change your bcu iBank password at any time once you are logged in.
