At BCU Bank, everything we do is guided by you – so we wanted to thank you for your patience while we rebuild our Grafton branch and provide you with an update about the pop-up branch. It’s important that you're aware of changes to your local branch that may impact you.
The current pop-up branch located in Grafton Shoppingworld (Shop 44) will be moving to a new location within the shopping centre and will close at 5pm on Monday 24 April.
There will be minimal downtime between the current pop-up branch closing and the new pop-up branch opening in Shop 40, Grafton Shoppingworld, at 9:30am on Friday 28 April. You’ll find us opposite Woolworths.
The opening hours for the new pop-up branch will be:
Monday - Wednesday: 9:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:30am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 12:00pm
Sunday: Closed
During this brief period, we’re committed to supporting your personal and business banking needs. You’ll still be able to access the same great products and services you’re used to at our other branches, via online banking (iBank), the BCU Bank app, or Bank@Post.
