PNL Group is seeking an experienced banking professional for this full-time role as a Processing Officer in our Accounts Management team.

As a Processing Officer, you will support our members and frontline teams by ensuring all account related processes and transactions are actioned in a timely manner to grow and support relationships. This may include transaction disputes, term deposits, maintenance tasks, addressing 3rd party and government requests, as well as managing the deceased estates process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for processing of various member requests via PNL Core Banking systems, the production and action of operational reports, and reconciliation of general ledgers, general accounts and transactional business processing including attending to and following up on any transaction and card disputes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within banking
  • High level customer service skills and focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of operational risk management framework, and the capacity to maintain awareness of risks, regulatory compliance and procedures
  • Previous experience with various banking systems and the ability to learn and utilize PNL's Banking Systems such as Lendfast, Omniflow, Core Banking Systems, ProMapp
