bcu are currently looking for a Home Lending Associate to join the Retail Distribution Team in QLD. The Home Lending Associate is integral to the business and must work closely with the Lenders and Area Managers to achieve excellence in service. This is a full-time role, based in Brisbane.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Lender and Area Manager with lending activities, including accurate and timely loans submissions.
  • Portfolio and relationship maintenance with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer follow up calls to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Develop suitable solutions to meet customers banking needs.
  • Source and develop new business leads and connections.
  • Compliance and adherence to both bcu and third party providers policies and procedures.

  • Have a strong work ethic be a confident team member and collaborator.
  • ASIC Tier 2 qualifications.
  • Current drivers licence.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have a Lending background with an understanding of the end-to-end lending process and demonstrated capability to successfully achieve sales, service and referral targets.
