Account Access
In addition to our personalised branch service, BCU offers a variety of ways for Members to manage their banking and finances.
  • Talk to a real person not a computer! For the cost of a local phone call you can ring BCU Direct when you have a question about your account or want to find out more about any of BCU’s products or services. Simply pick up the phone and talk to one of our experienced staff.
  • To check your account balance, to transfer funds or pay bills at any time to suit you, we recommend our FREE iBank internet or phone banking services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Depositing money to your account is easy. Have your pay credited automatically to your account, deposit cheques at any Westpac branch free of charge* using a BCU Deposit book or provide your creditors with your account or BPAY Biller details and arrange to have funds credited electronically.
  • Withdraw up to $1 000 cash per day. As a BCU member you have the freedom to make 20 FREE withdrawals a month at any BCU ATM and most retailers offer cash withdrawals using EFTPoS.
  • BCU offer free cheque facilities on the Personal Savings and Business Accounts. If a bank cheque is required, simply ring BCU Direct or order one online through iBank.

If you don’t have access to a BCU branch or ATM ask us about BCU Direct membership. With our BCU Direct membership you can still enjoy BCU’s personal service regardless of where in Australia you live – it’s just like having a branch around the corner!
