How it works
- You earn one point for every dollar you spend using your Bonus Rewarder Visa credit card.
- Your points are automatically credited to your account and converted into a dollar value at the rate of:
150 points = $1 AUD.
- Redeem your points anywhere in Australia where EFTPOS* is accepted using your Rewarder redemption card.
- Check your point tally at any time via Rewarder Card website
Because there are no catalogues, you choose how and when you redeem your points. Depending on how many points you have, you could choose, for example, a coffee at a local cafe, a trip to the movies, a meal out, a present for your favourite person, or you could save up your points for your next big holiday ... you spend your points on what you want, when you want to.
How to earn points
Earn points using your Bonus Rewarder credit card for everyday purchases, such as groceries and petrol or for paying for big-ticket items such as flights or holidays. Either way, you automatically earn points each time you use your Bonus Rewarder card.
Your total points appear on a separate quarterly statement and you can check your total at any time by visiting our website.
How to spend your points
It's easy. You can redeem your points at EFTPOS outlets throughout Australia using your Rewarder redemption card.*
Your rewarder redemption card comes with its own PIN, which you can later change to a PIN of your own choice. To redeem your points, you simply swipe your redemption card, enter your PIN, and press SAVINGS. Remember you can only redeem points up to the value on your card - your Rewarder redemption card is not a credit facility.
Which PIN?
Don’t get your PINs confused. The PIN for your credit card is different to the PIN for your Rewarder redemption card.
Lost your Rewarder PIN?
Getting a new PIN is easy. Just call BCU on 1300 228 228 and ask BCU staff to change or update your PIN. They’ll be able to issue your new PIN over the phone. Alternatively, call into any BCU branch and staff can issue your new PIN on the spot.
