TrustDefender - what you had to say

We asked what you thought of TrustDefender, and how we could make it better in a recent survey of iBank users.

Members were quizzed on how easy the program was to download and install, to use on an ongoing basis, and how users generally felt about the program.

Of the 200 respondents to the on-line poll, 100 members had downloaded TrustDefender, but only 50% of them continued to use the software.

Several of the members surveyed said they had uninstalled the program in the early days, before it was compatible with Windows Vista. Others said TrustDefender had slowed their computer’s function.

Both of these issues have been addressed and an update for TrustDefender (V3.0) is expected soon. Existing users will be automatically upgraded once the improvements have been completed.

Many of the people who reported having problems with the software said they didn't call the TrustDefender helpine, however those who did call, found the personal service offered on the helpline addressed their issues quickly and effectively.
