Annual Report 2008-2009

What a year to reflect on. The Australian banking industry was faced with managing the unprecedented global financial and economic turmoil that escalated into some of the most challenging conditions we have experienced. Who would have predicted it! Despite these conditions, BCU has managed to emerge from the turbulence as a stronger credit union.

Our vision is to be the best people locally to talk to about money.  At the core of this vision will be a stronger commitment to our communities and increased investment in our business to enhance the service experience of members.  We are excited about the future for BCU and are passionate about creating a sustainable and competitive alternative financial institution for our members and our local communities.
